Hancock Telephone upgrade amis at broadband, Carrier Ethernet, mobile backhaul

Hancock Telephone, an independent telephone company serving New York and Pennsylvania, will upgrade its network using equipment from ADTRAN, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADTN), the systems company reveals.
