10/100M Fast Ethernet 1 FE SFP port & 1 RJ45 port SFP Media Converter

This SFP Media Converter is an Ethernet media converter that converts media transmission between UTP Copper cables and fiber SFP (Small Form-Factor Pluggable) transceivers.

This series SFP media converters are designed to meet the massive needs for Ethernet network deployment and able to extend a copper based Gigabit network via fiber cable to a maximum distance up to 120km.

The series SFP media converters are fully compliant with IEEE802.3z & 802.3ab standards. It can be installed into a Standard Converter Chassis. The installation & operation procedures are simple & straight forward. Operation status can be locally monitored through a set of Diagnostic LED located in the front panel.

Link Loose Forward

• TX to Fiber: If TX port link is broken, then the media converter will force the fiber to link down.
• Fiber to TX: If Fiber port link is broken,the media converter will force the TX port to link down.

DIP Switch

• DIP Switch 1: Fiber Auto-Negotiation/100Mbps FulDuplex mode
• DIP Switch 2: TX to Fiber LLF (Link LoseForwarding) Disable/Enable
• DIP Switch 3: Fiber to TX LLF (Link LoseForwarding) Disable/Enable
